DigitalHUT Automations Pvt Ltd ("DigitalHUT", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal data when you use digitalhut.homes, apply for a job, or contact us, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and applicable IT rules.

1. Data we collect

• Job applicants: name, date of birth, gender, contact details, address, education, employment history, current and expected compensation, notice period, skills, resume and photograph, and interview evaluations.
• Customers and enquiries: name, phone, email, address, site details and the products or services you ask about.
• Technical data: basic device and browser information needed to run and secure the website.

2. How we use it

• To evaluate your candidature, schedule interviews, issue letters and, if selected, onboard you.
• To respond to enquiries, provide demonstrations, quotations, installation and support.
• To keep the website secure and comply with legal obligations.

3. Consent and your choices

By submitting an application or enquiry you consent to this processing. You may withdraw consent, request access, correction or deletion of your data by writing to sales@digitalhut.homes.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data is accessible only to authorised DigitalHUT staff and to service providers who host our systems under confidentiality obligations. We may disclose data where required by law.

5. Storage and security

Data is stored with access controls and encryption in transit. Resumes and photographs are kept in private storage visible only to authorised HR staff. Applicant data is retained for up to 24 months for future opportunities unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
