Delivery & installation

Here is how we deliver and install DigitalHUT products.

1. Delivery times

Order type	Delivery
Projects (supply and installation)	Within 2–3 weeks after we receive the purchase order and advance
Dealer and trade orders from the price list	7–15 days after the purchase order and full payment

Custom finishes, glass modules and large orders can take longer; your quotation states the expected time. We tell you the dispatch date and share tracking details when an order is sent by courier.

2. Where we deliver

We deliver across India. Our own team installs in Nagpur and the cities where we have installation partners; elsewhere we ship by courier or transport and can arrange installation through a partner.

3. Charges

Packing and forwarding, courier and transport charges are extra, as shown in your quotation or invoice.

4. Before installation

All electrical provisions and wiring points must be ready, done by your site electrician. Any extra wiring we do is charged separately.
Internet (Wi-Fi) must be working at site before the installation date. Router or mesh-network set-up, if needed, is charged extra.
Someone should be at site to receive the products and to see a short handover at the end.

5. Receiving your order

Please check the boxes when they arrive and tell us within 48 hours about any damage or missing item. See Refunds & cancellation.
